Cologne is a feeling
Cologne is a cosmopolitan city and is well known, beyond the borders, for its cheerful inhabitants. In the 86 quarters of this old Roman city, there´s lots going on in the many shops and boutiques, numerous pubs and cafés.
The city of Colonia was founded over 2000 years ago. From ancient times, many archeological finds have been preserved, and can be admired in the Roman-Germanic Museum. The Cologne Cathedral, situated next to the museum, was built from 1248 until 1880, and is the landmark of the city.
